Singh said BJP has formed government at the Centre, it has formed government in Maharashtra and a party government in Delhi is not far away.

He was addressing a meeting of farmers in Barwala area of north west Delhi.
"There is a BJP wave in Delhi and I am confident that our party will form the next government here," he said.

The home minister said till the villages in the country are developed, India will not progress so it was utmost important to develop country's rural areas.
"There is no scarcity of resources. What is lacking is commitment to work for the welfare of people," he said.
"Till we launched the Pradhan Mantri Jan Dhan Yojana, only 40 per cent people in the country had bank accounts. Now 90 per cent people in the country have a bank account," he said.
BJP MPs Vijay Goel, Parvesh Varma and Udit Raj were also present in the meeting.
