BJP resolution hits out at KCR government

In a scathing attack on the K Chandrashekar Rao-led TRS government in Telangana, BJP alleged that it was a one-family dispensation that has indulged in corruption and prevented the state from realising its full potential in the last eight years since its inception.

BJP vice president DK Aruna moved a statement at the party national executive criticising the state of affairs in Telangana.

Talking to reporters later, Union minister Piyush Goyal said it was an "unfortunate situation" in Telangana where development projects have been stalled, pushing up the cost by up to three times. - Our Political Bureau
