Amit Shah starts his 15 days long Bistar Yojana from West Bengal's Naxalbari
After visiting few village in Naxalbari area, Amit Shah addressed an ‘Intellectual’s meet’ at Siliguri in the evening that finally took the shape of almost a public meeting.

While expressing his respect to the CRPF jawans killed by extremists in Chattisgarh, Shah said, “Their blood will not be wasted. Naxalbari in Bengal gave birth of this politics of violence 50 years back. BJP is determined to stop this. Our Government will take strongest initiative to fight it. ”
After visiting few village in Naxalbari area, Shah addressed an ‘Intellectual’s meet’ at Siliguri in the evening that finally took the shape of almost a public meeting. Coming heavily on the ruling TMC Government, Shah said, “I am worried of Bengal. TMC has miserably failed to fulfill aspiration of public here. It is even worse than the previous Left Front Government.” While giving several statistics on many central grants and schemes he claimed that Bengal CM Mamata Banerjee could never utilize them properly or get these benefits upto the ground level.
“Law and order has reached its bottom in Bengal. In Bengal, where there used to be the reverberation of Rabindra Sangeet of Nobel Prize winner poet Rabindra Nath Tagore, now only explosion of bombs are there,” said Shah. “The state has become hub for nationwide fake Indian currency operation,” he added.
The top BJP leader is scheduled to spend three days each in West Bengal, Odisha, Gujarat, Telangana and Lakshadweep in this 15 days long 'Bistar Yojana'. Following this, around 3 lakh 68 thousand party workers are expected to take active part in 6 month long extended part of this organizational exercise.
