BJP MLC seeks action against Cong workers over eatery issue
BJP MLC Ashish Shelar demanded that criminal proceedings be initiated against the Congress activists who allegedly forced an eatery in south-central Mumbai to shut over a message printed on its bills.

According to police, Congress workers forced hotel 'Aditi', located near KEM Hospital, to down its shutters on Monday over a printed message on the bill that read: "As per the UPA govt, eating money (2G, coal, CWG scam) is a necessity, and eating food in AC restaurants is a luxury."
However, Congress MLCs present in the House said the workers had only taken exception to use of the hotel bill for such a purpose, because a bill is used for taxation and is a government document.
