BJP MLA Sangeet Som stokes fire in Bisada village, says SP appeasing minority community
Stirring the political cauldron, controversial BJP MLA Sangeet Som today visted Dadri where he attacked Samajwadi Party government.

"If injustice is done to our people we are capable of replying back strongly, like we did in Muzaffarnagar,” he said, addressing a large crowd despite prohibitory orders. Som’s outburst came on a day when UP chief minister Akhilesh Yadav met victim Mohd Ikhlaq’s family in Lucknow. “We cannot replace their loss, but can share their grief.
Some forces are trying to spoil the atmosphere of peace and brotherhood that our government has fostered,” the chief minister said, while increasing the compensation to the family to Rs 30 lakh from the earlier announced Rs 20 lakh.
Som said: “The Samajwadi Party had also pro- vided a plane to ferry Muzaffarnagar riot victims. Now they have taken those who are accused of cow slaughter in a plane to Lucknow.”
