BJP may form government, Congress worst performer: Yogendra Yadav
There is a good deal of convergence among credible polls and there is no reason to doubt that BJP may form the government, says Yadav.

In sharp contrast to party leader Arvind Kejriwal's stand that May 16 would throw up a fractured mandate, Yadav said that BJP was likely to form government.
Reacting to the recent exit polls that have indicated a clear majority for BJP Yadav said, "The big picture that is emerging is that this poll will see BJP's best ever performance and Congress' worst ever performance. There is a good deal of convergence among credible polls and there is no reason to doubt that BJP may form the government."
Differing significantly from his party who has so far claimed that it was receiving a groundswell of support, Yadav added, "Congress has caused a moral, political and governance vacuum that people are willing to give any party that was viable, any leader a chance.
They (the public) seem to have opted for a substitute rather than an alternative."
In response to why AAP's alternative politics may have failed, Yadav said, "People are risk averse and thought it was too new, uncertain and experimental... they opted for the real, viable and what was in their grasp."
