BJP leaders file two cases against Priyanka Gandhi in Bihar
The cases have been filed against Priyanka Gandhi for her 'neech rajniti' (low politics) barb against their PM candidate Narendra Modi.

The case filed by state BJP general secretary Surajnanadan Kushwaha (MLC) in the court of chief judicial magistrate Rama Kant Yadav in Patna is likely to be taken up for hearing on Thursday. He alleged Priyanka's remark not only insulted Modi but the entire backward castes community with a view to promoting prejudice and enmity among different groups and harming national integration.
The other case was filed by party leader Arjun Sahni, representing the fishermen's community, in the court of chief judicial magistrate Shailendra Pandey in Darbhanga.
Priyanka had made the 'neech rajniti' remark against Modi after he said at a rally in Amethi that former prime minster Rajiv Gandhi had publicly scolded the then Andhra Pradesh chief minister at the Hyderabad airport. Later, Modi said he had been accused of indulging in 'neech rajniti' because he belonged to a backward caste community.
