BJP greets Nitish Kumar with Narendra Modi posters at Sewa Yatra
The Bihar unit of the BJP has taken the Modi-Nitish battle to the next level by putting up pro-Modi posters to greet the CM during his Sewa Yatra.

BJP workers have pasted posters specifically in Kumar's yatra route. The posters depicting Modi as the future prime minister is meant to embarrass JD(U), following Kumar's not so subtle opposition to projection of Modi as NDA's prime ministerial candidate.
Kumar has been undertaking Sewa Yatra to several districts to apprise people of development work undertaken by his government and to see how administrative measures work at the ground level.
On Monday, Kumar was on a 3-day Sewa Yatra to Gaya, where, "NaMo, NaMo, Jan jan ki aawaz" and "2014 mein Narenda Modi ki Sarkar" posters greeted him. The posters could be found all over Gaya.
During his 3-day visit to Gopalganj too similar posters hailing Modi as the prime minister were put up. Kumar is set to visit other districts soon and the 'poster war' is likely to continue.
"The posters are an expression of the sentiments of the workers. I see nothing wrong in it. In democracy, everyone has the freedom to express one's views. However, the posters do not have BJP's name," state BJP chief Mangal Pandey told ET.
"If BJP thinks that by just putting posters they can make anyone PM, then we have nothing to say. But in democracy, it is the people who will decide" a JD(U) functionary told ET.
