BJP government insensitive towards women, not utilising funds: Rajasthan Congress
Archna Sharma also alleged that crime against women and minor girls had risen in the state in the last 22 months.

In a statement, state Pradesh Congress Committee Vice President Archna Sharma said the previous UPA government had set up ' Nirbhya Kosh' in all states and provided a fund of Rs 3000 crore but it had not been utilised.
She also alleged that crime against women and minor girls had risen in the state in the last 22 months.
Nirbhya Fund was meant to provide medical, legal and shelter facilities to women who were victims of crime and as the plan was not taken up, they were neither getting justice, nor any facilities, she said.
The Centre had decided to set up a ' Nirbhya Kendra' in the state capital instead of the proposed Nirbhya Kosh in every district and the step was hurting the sentiments of women, she said.
Sharma claimed that the women will have to come to the state capital for aid and will not get any justice or facility in the district and added that women were being neglected in the state even though the chief minister was a woman.
