BHOPAL: The 'karykarta mahakumbh' being organised by the BJP in Madhya Pradesh's state capital on September 25, is likely to see the party's Prime Ministerial candidate Narendra Modi, L K Advani and its Vice President Uma Bharti sharing the dais.

"Umaji is taking part in the Karyakarta Mahakumbh to be held at Jambooree Maidan and she will address it. I have spoken to her and she has confirmed her participation," the Madhya Pradesh BJP's poll campaign committee co-ordinator and MP, Anil Madhav Dave told PTI.

The BJP expects more than five lakh party workers at the gathering and has charged its workers an entry pass fee of Rs 5 per head.

However, he clarified that no entry fee would be levied from ordinary citizens who would attend to listen to Modi's address.

Dave also said that 20 booth-level BJP workers each, from over 53,000 polling booths in Madhya Pradesh have already collected their entry passes to attend the function.

The event will be held to commemorate the birth anniversary of the late senior Jan Sangh leader Pandit Deendayal, before the Madhya Pradesh assembly polls.
