KOLKATA: The BJP in West Bengal today demanded that the state government first submit details of money spent for flood relief work before seeking relief package from the Prime Minister.

"We have heard that the chief minister will demand a huge amount as relief aid from the Prime Minister, but first she should submit details of the money spent so far for relief work in flood-affected areas," BJP state president Rahul Sinha told reporters.

Meanwhile, the party's national secretary, Siddharth Nath Singh, today ridiculed the scheduled meeting between Banerjee and Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal as meeting of "two anarchists."

"When two anarchist CMs @ArvindKejriwal & @MamataOfficial meet over dinner, who can predict the outcome? May be God?," Singh tweeted.
