BJP bypoll wins show people's trust in PM's policies: Amit Shah
The saffron party has won five - one each in Delhi, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Assam and Himachal, out of the nine seats where bypolls were held.

He also offered "special thanks" to the people of West Bengal for making the BJP "the principal opposition party" in the bypoll to one assembly seat where it bagged more votes than the Left and the Congress and finished at the second spot behind the TMC, which won by a big margin.
Shah congratulated his party's chief ministers in Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan and Assam besides the state unit chiefs for the wins.
