BJP blames on 'failed diplomacy' for attack on Indians
Hours after suspected Taliban militants killed two Indians in Afghanistan, BJP said it was a "failure" of the government's diplomatic policy.

NEW DELHI: Hours after suspected Taliban militants killed two Indians in Afghanistan, BJP said it was a "failure" of the government's diplomatic policy.
"Today's attack is the outcome of a failed international diplomacy, the impact of which is being felt all around. Indian diplomacy needs to be improved in such a way that the causes of Indians abroad are taken care of," party spokesperson Rajiv Pratap Rudy told reporters.
The main opposition party called upon the UPA government to be more attentive to the cause of Indians living outside.
"Union government should take immediate action in this direction and ensure the safety of life and wealth of each countryman living outside," he added.
Two BRO employee were killed on the spot and five others injured when a suicide bomber driving a vehicle rammed into the construction workers near the Minar area in Nimroz province of Afghanistan today.
Nearly 400 BRO personnel are engaged in construction of a crucial 218-km highway between Zaranj and Delaram in Afghanistan as part of India's assistance programme for reconstruction of the war-torn country.
