BJP, AAP to blame for 'stalled development' work in Delhi: Congress
The rallies in west Delhi were jointly addressed by former MP Sajjan Kumar and chief spokesperson of Delhi Congress, Mukesh Sharma.

The rallies in west Delhi were jointly addressed by former MP Sajjan Kumar and chief spokesperson of Delhi Congress, Mukesh Sharma.
The three 'Bhanda Phod' rallies were held at L-Extension of Mohan Garden, R-3 Block near Noori Masjid at Mohan Garden and at Om Vihar Phase-2 in the Uttam Nagar Assembly segment.
"AAP and BJP are jointly responsible for stalling development work in Delhi in the past 11 months and the people will never ever forgive and forget the misdeeds of both these parties," said Kumar as Congress claimed it had made Delhi a world-class city during its 15-year rule here and people now fondly remember that period.
Attacking AAP convener Arvind Kejriwal, Kumar claimed he had now forgotten all his pet themes like 'Swaraj' and 'Lokpal', betraying those who had been actively associated with the Anna Hazare anti-corruption movement.
Kumar further said AAP is now making a futile bid to divide the secular votes so as to benefit the BJP.
The Congress leaders said that before the Assembly polls of last year, AAP had promised to regularise the services of temporary employees and give employment to the jobless but went back on its promises after forming its short-lived government.
Kejriwal not only did not fulfil his promise of regularisation of temporary employees, but even refused to meet them, they charged.
They said AAP was once again resorting to its old trick by promising regularisation to the temporary employees, but the youth of Delhi have become wiser now and would not fall into its trap again.
"People of Delhi are now fondly remembering the excellent 15-year rule of the Congress government as it had brought in landmark projects like the Metro rail, construction of dozens of flyovers, overbridges and underpasses to ease a major problem like traffic congestion," said Kumar.
