Bihar: BJP dubs JD(U) government's report card as half yearly results
BJP today trashed the state government's ninth report card as 'half yearly' examination results of Manjhi and his predecessor Nitish Kumar.

Kumar and Manjhi had been at the helm of the government for six months each in the past one year.
"No development work has taken place in Bihar since the JD(U) junked its alliance partner last year as the former chief minister Nitish Kumar spent six months in power managing numbers for survival of his government, while Manjhi took the next six months to understand intricacies related to governance," the state unit BJP president Mangal Pandey said.
The JD(U) government's ninth year in office in Bihar has been marred by one action after another en route to destruction, he claimed adding that if Manjhi was really serious about presenting the report card on his government's performance he should have come out with specific details like the length of roads constructed or the number of hospitals or schools opened in the past 12 months.
He slammed the chief minister for 'conveniently' choosing to keep mum on the deteriorating law and order situation, seen in the spurt in crime figure in Bihar over the past one year.
Claiming that the law and order situation has deteriorated to an 'alarming level' and development works had come to a grinding halt in the past 12 months, Pandey questioned the rationale of the JD(U) government releasing its yearly report card.
