Bihar Assembly's Monsoon session begins on stormy note
The five-day Monsoon session of Bihar Legislative Assembly today began on a stormy note with opposition BJP creating ruckus

Proceedings of the House had ended yesterday after paying tributes to former President APJ Abdul Kalam and others.
As the House sat for the day, Leader of Opposition Nand Kishore Yadav rose from his seat and demanded from Speaker Uday Narayan Chaudhary to first take up adjournment notices given by five BJP MLAs on alleged deterioration in law and order situation in the state before taking up any other matter.
Soon, BJP members trooped into the well of the House and started raising anti-government slogans.
Eight JD(U) rebels who have been permitted by the courts to take part in the House proceedings joined the BJP members in the well and showed placard against the government.
When all persuasions to restore order failed, the Speaker adjourned the House till 2 PM.
Later, the opposition leader told reporters in his chamber that crime has shot up from the day Nitish Kumar joined hands with RJD of Lalu Prasad.
" Nitish Kumar government is showing a lenient attitude towards criminals from the day he entered into friendship with Lalu Prasad's RJD," Yadav alleged.
