Bhupender Yadav's 4th aide shunted out
Union Environment Minister Bhupender Yadav's office faces notable changes as four of his key aides have been let go, including a private secretary and three supporting staff. This action, purportedly taken by the Department of Personnel and Traini...

ET reported on Monday of three abrupt exits from his office, including his private secretary.
It is learnt that the tenure of Siddarth Yadav, who joined as Yadav's APS on July 1, 2024, was 'terminated with immediate effect' on Friday. All four key aides of the minister were moved out on Friday, including private secretary Amar Singh and additional private secretaries Shailesh Kumar Singh and Ayush Saran. The last three have been associated with Yadav's office since his previous term when he was minister for labour and employment. The transfer/termination orders were issued following instructions from the Department of Personnel & Training.
While the Centre has so far stayed mum on the reasons for the transfers, speculation is rife over serious complaints that reached the PM's office, prompting immediate ouster of the four aides. Sources with some knowledge of the matter claimed the staff had acquired considerable decision-making powers and took certain actions which were seen as a clear overreach. Yadav, who shared the stage with Union home minister Amit Shah on Tuesday for the launch of Delhi government's drive to plant 70 lakh trees, has yet to comment on the reshuffle.
