Prime Minister Narendra Modi said on Sunday that Congress always insulted Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar, but his government honoured him. Addressing a rally in Madhya Pradesh's Hoshangabad, Modi also said the Congress never recognised the contribution of adivasis (tribals), but the BJP government has honoured them.
