Bengal ESI hospitals get incentive grant from Centre: Mamata Banerjee

KOLKATA: West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee today said that an incentive grant of Rs 22.33 crore had been provided by the Centre for an excellent performance of ESI hospitals in the state.

"The excellent performance of the ESI Hospitals in West Bengal, run by our Labour Department, has been recognized by the Centre," Banerje, who also holds the health portfolio, said in a Facebook post.

"An incentive grant of Rs 22.33 Crore has been provided, which is first time ever to be received by any ESI Hospital in the country," she posted.
