Beed Lok Sabha by-poll: Pritam Munde-Khade leading by 6 lakh votes

BEED ( MAHARASHTRA): Late Union Minister Gopinath Munde's daughter Pritam Munde-Khade, who fought the Beed Lok Sabha by-poll on a BJP ticket, is leading by a huge margin of 6.92 lakh votes over her nearest Congress rival.

Beed District Collector Naval Kishor Ram, who is the returning officer, gave this information here.

Congress has fielded former minister Ashok Patil against Pritam.

The by-poll was necessitated following the death of Union Minister and veteran BJP leader Gopinath Munde in an accident in June.
