Bangladeshi intrusion to go up during Land Boundary Agreement implementation: Forward Bloc
KOLKATA: All India Forward Bloc today said with the implementation of Land Boundary Agreement (LBA), "volume of intrusion" from Bangladesh would increase.

"When the exchange of enclaves would actually take place the volume of intrusion from Bangladesh would increase as people were being allowed free passage," party general secretary Debabrata Biswas said here.

Biswas also accused the Narendra Modi government of implementing neo-liberal economic reforms, which favoured the rich and corporates, first initiated by the erstwhile UPA government.

He announced that the AIFB would hold an Extra-Ordinary National Conference on the rejuvenation of the party set-up from December 4 to 6.

"We need to revamp and rejuvenate party organisation from top to bottom and in this regard we will be holding an Extra Ordinary National Conference from December 4-6. The venue is yet to be decided," Biswas said.
