Ban N Srinivasan for life, scrap CSK: Lalit Modi
"Now it's time for cricket establishment to wake up and bury the entire India Cement team that has taken over the global cricket," Modi tweeted.

Modi, who now lives in London, issued a statement on Monday evening calling upon the international cricket community to take action against Srinivasan. "It is high time that the global cricket establishment woke up to and also buried the entire India Cements team that has taken over world cricket. As we have seen nothing good can come from such a corrupt and power hungry regime." Srinivasan is managing director of India Cements, which owns CSK.
A few months ago, BCCI had imposed a life ban on Modi, but he stood for the Rajasthan Cricket Association elections, where he is reported to have won. The election results are pending a court's decision on his candidature, which has been challenged by his rivals.
"I hope that with this Mr Srinivasan's days as the future warlord of cricket are short lived," said Modi.
He also asked for IPL to annul the Chennai Super Kings team from all future IPL activity including the forthcoming auctions and the 2014 season.
