In the wake of the UPA govT facing charges of alleged kickbacks in the VVIP chopper deal, the Punjab CM Parkash Singh Badal sought high-level probe into the charges.

MOGA: In the wake of the UPA government facing charges of alleged kickbacks in the VVIP chopper deal, the Punjab Chief Minister Parkash Singh Badal sought high-level probe into the charges, saying that the former has failed in all fronts.

"A high level probe must be initiated into the VIP chopper deal. The UPA government has completely failed in all fronts and remained busy in corruptions instead of uplifting the poor," Badal said after addressing an election rally in support of Joginderpal Jain, the SAD-BJP alliance candidate for the Moga bypoll.

The chief minister also demanded the entire Italian helicopters be put on hold and reviewed.
