Bengaluru: The availability of essential goods in offline stores and on online platforms continued to improve in the two days ended April 20, according to an ongoing survey by community platform LocalCircles.

The percentage of respondents reporting that they were able to buy all essential goods between April 19 and April 20 grew to 67% for offline stores and 58% for online platforms, according to the survey, done in collaboration with the Department of Consumer Affairs. The numbers indicate a slight improvement in availability, from 64% in offline stores between April 13 and April 14 and from 57% for online platforms during the same period.
