Australia assures India of full cooperation in techie murder case
NEW DELHI: Australia today assured India of full cooperation in the murder case of an Indian woman IT professional, who was stabbed to death in a Sydney subway.

This was conveyed to External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj, who called her Australian counterpart Julie Bishop.

According to the External Affairs Ministry Spokesperson, Swaraj called Bishop regarding the case of Prabha Arun Kumar. Bishop assured the minister of full cooperation.

Prabha Arun Kumar, 41, was stabbed to death in Parramatta Park in Westmead while she was on the phone with her husband in India on Saturday.
