Assam police seized Rs 29.58 lakhs in old and new notes
Five persons has been arrested in this regard. Probe is underway.

GUWAHATI: Police in Assam has seized Rs 29.58 lakhs of currency notes. This included Rs 27 lakhs of new currency notes of 2000 and 500 denomination.
The police has registered two separate cases of money laundering in two different police stations of Guwahati. Five persons has been arrested in this regard. Probe is underway.
