Assam legislative assembly adjourned sine-die

GUWAHATI: The 27-day session of the Assam Legislative assembly was adjourned sine die today, an official release said.

The session, which began on August 4 last, saw the passing of a deficit budget of Rs 1385.77 crore by Chief Minister Tarun Gogoi, who also holds the finance portfolio.

The budget session of the assembly began on August 4 and was adjourned sine-die at the conclusion of its sitting today.
