Asialaw honour for Delhi lawyer

Delhi-based corporate lawyer and collector of vintage cars, Diljeet Titus has been selected as Aisalaw Leading Lawyer 2007, in the Mergers and Acquisitions category.

NEW DELHI: Delhi-based corporate lawyer and collector of vintage cars, Diljeet Titus has been selected as Aisalaw Leading Lawyer 2007, in the Mergers and Acquisitions category.
"The endorsement is recognition of your work in the practice of Mergers & Acquisitions: Project Finance," said a communication to Titus by Asia Law and Practice, a division of the Euromoney Institutional Investors.
The survey, according to Asia Law and Practice, is based on the feedback and nomination from over 16,000 law firm clients and legal professionals.
His law firms, Titus and Co was accorded the Star Export House status by the Commerce Ministry last year in recognition of foreign exchange earnings. Presently Titus represents US, Japanese and European clients in areas of power, telecommunication, insurance and software development.
The client list of Titus, who is also known for his collection of more than two dozen vintage and classic cars, include 42 Fortune 500 companies.
