Asaram Bapu's spokesperson too lands in trouble
The complaint alleges that the spokesperson made "objectionable" remarks against Guru Nanak, Gautam Budha and other religious leaders.

A case for hurting the religious sentiments of the community was registered against Neelam Dubey, media advisor of the Asaram Trust, after a complaint against her was filed by Delhi Sikh Gurudwara Committee at Parliament Street police station in New Delhi.
The complaint alleges that the spokesperson made "objectionable" remarks against Guru Nanak, Gautam Budha and other religious leaders while reacting to the alleged charges of sexual assault on a minor girl against Asaram Bapu during a debate on a Hindi news channel recently.
A petition has also been filed in an Indore court seeking action against her for hurting the sentiments of Sikh community by her remarks.
The petition was filed by an advocate, Inderjeet Singh Bhatia, in the court of Judicial Magistrate First Class (JMFC) Jitendra Singh Kushwaha.
The court has fixed September 28 as the date for recording the statement of the complainant in this regard.
In Chandigarh, Punjab Chief Minister Parkash Singh Badal condemned her remarks as "highly objectionable".
Badal said her remarks had hurt the religious sentiments of the entire Sikh community and of millions of others who held the Gurus in the highest spiritual esteem.
