The Delhi chief minister, in his reply to the latest ED summons, said he was ready to present himself for questioning through video-conferencing after March 12.
Kejriwal's eventual acquiescence came after a series of refusals, with him skipping multiple summonses of the agency. He had called these summonses illegal and asked the agency to wait as the matter was in court.
The Delhi chief minister said he still considered the summonses "illegal", but added that he was ready to answer the questions, official sources cited by media said.
In connection with the same case, Kejriwal will also have to appear before a Delhi court on March 16. The court sought his personal appearance after the ED filed a case against him for repeated skipping of summonses.
