Arvind Kejriwal, Nitish Kumar discuss issues on which they oppose Modi government
Nitish Kumar and Arvind Kejriwal met on Tuesday to discuss full statehood for Delhi, strategy in the House and other issues.

While both sides denied any talk of a joint campaign during assembly elections in Bihar later this year, speculation continued to mount about the possibility of Delhi CM and Aam Aadmi Party leader Kejriwal visiting the state to campaign for his Bihar counterpart Kumar, whose JD (U) has forged an alliance with the RJD, Congress and NCP.
"There was no discussion concerning Bihar elections. It hasn’t been decided that we will support each other (during elections). But we are friendly parties; JD (U) had not fielded any candidate during Delhi’s assembly polls," JD (U) spokesman KC Tyagi told ET, hinting at an evolving consensus between the two CMs. He also did not rule out the possibility of more meetings between AAP and JD (U) leaders in the near future.
