NEW DELHI: The hunt for a house for AAP National Convener Arvind Kejriwal does not seem to end as he may not shift in the bungalow at Flag Staff Road at Civil Lines, owing to the legal tangle between the house owner and his brother.

"There is a legal controversy over the house, so nothing has been finalised on whether to shift in the house," AAP leader Sanjay Singh said.

Sources also pointed out that since the matter was in the court and the issue may take time to resolve whereas Kejriwal has decided to move out of the government accommodation at Tilak Lane by July end.

After house-hunting, Kejriwal had decided to shift to 4B Flag Staff at Civil Lines which belongs to Naren Jain.

However, Jain's brother Virendra has now claimed that the matter was in court as there was a property dispute between him and his siblings, and so it cannot be rented out without court's order. He has approached the court seeking its intervention into the matter.

Jain is the son of former Congress MP Bhiku Ram Jain. Search for Kejriwal's residence began after he decided to vacate his government accommodation he got as Delhi Chief Minister.
