Arvind Kejriwal is cheating dalits, says Udit Raj
BJP member Udit Raj, on Monday, accused AAP leader Arvind Kejriwal of cheating dalits and said Kejriwal had vociferously supported anti-reservation groups.

"He is free to have an opinion on reservation. But, he and his party should make their views known. He has supported the activities of Youth For Equality, which came into existence in 2006, when the Centre announced reservation for OBC category in higher education. He has actively participated in events organized by them," said Raj, who is seeking a Lok Sabha ticket from northwest Delhi.
BJP is trying to attract the community, which had abandoned Congress in favour of AAP in the assembly polls, by training its guns on Kejriwal. Raj said, "By selecting broom as the party symbol and promising regularization of contract workers, he connected emotionally with safai karamcharis. He has cheated these people," he said.
Raj also questioned AAP's commitment to dalits. "He could've done several things for them in 49 days. The backlog in regularization of safai karamcharis could have easily been cleared besides ensuring effective use of the funds for the community," he said.
