NEW DELHI: Delhi Chief Minister-designate Arvind Kejriwal today condemned the alleged attack on a convent school in South Delhi's Vasant Vihar area.

Holy Child Auxilium School was vandalised by a group of unidentified persons in the wee hours today following which the school was shut and students were asked to go back to their homes.

"I strongly condemn the attack on Holy Child Auxilium school. These kind of acts will not be tolerated," Kejriwal tweeted.

A senior police official said that the case is being investigated and also the footage of CCTVs installed in the school premises scanned.

This is the sixth such attack on Christian institutions in the national capital since November last year.

In January, some unidentified groups had vandalised a church in Vasant Kunj sparking outrage among the Christian community which alleged that it is part of a "hate campaign".
