Arunachal BJP concerned about deficit budget
The BJP in Arunachal Pradesh has expressed serious concern on the Rs 514.87 crore deficit Bbudget presented by chief minister Nabam Tuki.

"The budget of the ruling Congress government is nothing but a mere repetition of the successive governments in the state by giving hollow promises and figments of statistical datas," party spokesperson Techi Necha said in a statement here today.
"The budget has failed to gives major thrust to areas like road communication, IT, rural development and higher education," he added.
The BJP further said that the budget also failed to give thrust on creation of the employment avenues and extension of the financial assistance to the small and marginal farmers, small timer entrepreneurs and also failed to address the town and country planning besides land policy across the state.
"The most and unexpected part of the budget is that it has completely failed to accord the priority to protect and preserve the state's rich and exotic bio-diversity while giving emphasis on tapping vast natural resources," Necha added.
