Arms case against Salman Khan: Final arguments from tomorrow
JODHPUR: Final arguments in the case against actor Salman Khan under Arms Act will begin in the court of the chief judicial magistrate tomorrow.

After completion of arguments, the court will proceed with its decision.

"Examination of all the witnesses has been completed in this case and now the court has ordered that final arguments in the case will begin from tomorrow," said defence counsel H M Saraswat.

For this, Khan's sister Alveera also reached Jodhpur this afternoon along with some advocates from Mumbai.

She had a meeting with Saraswat in view of the case.

The defence had re-examined five prosecution witnesses in the case, last being the then district magistrate Rajat Kumar Mishra.

"Since it was him, who had given the prosecution permission against Khan under Arms Act, we had some more queries for him," said Saraswat.

The case against Khan was registered under Arms Act for alleged use of the fire weapons with expired licence during alleged poaching of two Black Bucks in Kankani village on October 1-2, 1998.
