Anti-nuke activist seeks Sushma Swaraj's help for return of passport
Taking a potshot at External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj, anti-Nuclear activist S P Udhayakumar today sought her "help" to get back his impounded passport.

"I understand you help people to get impounded passports on humanitarian ground. Hence I request you to extend the same help to me also," Udhayakumar said in a letter to Swaraj.
Udhayakumar, who has been spearheading the protest against Kudankulam Nuclear Power plant in Tamil Nadu and has been booked on various charges including sedition, said he had been undertaking the agitation 'in a peaceful manner' with Idinthakarai, near Kudankulam, as the base.
He said prior to the agitation he had been earning his livelihood through teaching in various educational institutes abroad.
He claimed his passport had been seized by the government for his anti-Kudankulam protest and therefore he was not able to work as a teacher in foreign countries.
