Another bureaucratic reshuffle in Delhi government: 8 officers transferred
Excise commissioner A K Singh was shifted out of the department along with seven other bureaucrats on Thursday.
Another significant transfer is of IAS Ramesh Tiwari (1999 batch) who was serving as labour commissioner. He has been replaced by Jitendra Narain(1990 batch), who was member of Delhi Sub-ordinate Service Selection Board (DSSSB). Tiwari has been posted as director agriculture marketing.
S B Shukla (1996 batch) director, Delhi Co-operative Housing Finance Corporation Ltd, holding additional charge of secretary general administration has been posted as member DSSSB. Delhi minorities commission secretary Rinku Dhugga (1994 batch) has been posted as secretary art, culture and language with additional charge of managing director (DCHFC) relieving Arun Baroka and A B Shukla of the charges respectively.
S P Singh (1984 batch) who is serving as member secretary OBC commission has been given additional charge of minorities commission. Since the formation of the new government, this is the third significant reshuffle of bureaucrats.
