The social leader is reportedly suffering from a kidney infection.
Hazare was admitted to Vedant Hospital in Shirur last week after experiencing urinary complications and his condition improved following three days of treatment.
However, during the treatment, his creatinine levels in his body had risen after which doctors decided to move him to Bombay Hospital for further treatment.
The social activist gained widespread popularity during the 2011 anti-corruption campaign, during which he went on a hunger strike demanding stricter Lokpal laws.
More updates about his health are awaited.
