HYDERABAD: Andhra Pradesh has been chosen as the "most investment-friendly state" in the country by the Harvard Business School, The Wall Street Journal and Hindustan Times, Chief Minister N Kiran Kumar Reddy said today.

This is the second time in a row that Andhra Pradesh emerged on top of 29 states in a survey conducted by the three institutions, he said, addressing a meeting here today.

The state stood first for incentives provided to industries and proactive policies of the state government, he said.

"The award is a fitting reply to those who have been critical about Aandhra Pradesh's development," the Chief Minister said.
