Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Kirankumar Reddy today inaugurated a pilgrim amenities complex, constructed at a cost of about Rs 65 crore.

TIRUPATI: Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Kirankumar Reddy today inaugurated a pilgrim amenities complex, constructed at a cost of about Rs 65 crore by the Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanam, which manages the famous hill shrine of Lord Venkateswara, here today.

The complex,' Vishnu Nivas', was built on 4.11 acres close to the Railway Station here, TTD sources said.

It consists of six floors with 408 furnished rooms including 204 air-conditioned rooms, 24 dormitories, pilgrim waiting halls, restaurants, banks and ATM counters,

The complex, which can accommodate 2500 devotees, has a parking-lot at its basement which can house 165 four-wheelers and 200 two-wheelers, the sources added.

Later,Reddy laid the foundation stone for a fully automatic multi-level car parking centre here to be constructed by Tirupati Municipal Corporation at an estimated cost of about Rs.40 crore.
