Amit Shah to visit Dehradun on Oct 30, BJP plans poll campaign launch
Apart from holding meetings with senior leaders, Amit Shah will also talk to state ministers during his stay in Dehradun.

Apart from holding meetings with senior leaders, Shah will also talk to state ministers during his stay in Dehradun. He will launch the “Mukhyamantri Ghasiyari Kalyan Yojana” (MGKY) under which livestock feed will be provided in rural hill areas through different centres.
The union minister will distribute kits among women under this scheme at a public meeting to be held at the Bannu School ground in Dehradun. He will also release the state cooperative department’s magazine, “Sahkar Se Samridhi”.
The BJP apparently sees the MGKY as a scheme to woo women voters in the hill areas.
Meanwhile, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will be making his second visit to the state in a month when he reaches Kedarnath on November 5, a day ahead of the closure of the Himalayan shrine for winter.
Besides offering prayers at the temple, the prime minister will also inaugurate and lay the foundation stone of Kedarpuri reconstruction projects. He will also unveil a statue of Adi Guru Shankaracharya.
