JAMMU: A delegation of All Parties Migrants Coordination Committee ( APMCC), an organisation representing Kashmiri Pandits, met state Congress minister Sham Lal Sharma and sought his and his party's support for the passage of Kashmir Temples and Shrines Management Bill.

Led by its chairman Vinod Pandit, a 12-member delegation of APMCC met the JK Minister for PHE, Irrigation and Flood Control.

As part of their 'Mission Contact' programme they sought the help of Congress for the passage of the Bill in state Legislature during its next session.

The delegation briefed the minister about their long struggle for the passage of the bill.

"We sought help from Congress minister and his party for passage of the bill, which is pending with state legislature," Pandit said here today.

The delegation told the minister that they were on the last leg of their campaign to contact all major leaders of the state seeking their help in the passage of the bill.
