All India Muslim Personal Law Board says both Muslims and Christians insecure under BJP
At least 200 Christians from Mandla and Narsingpur districts of Madhya Pradesh were present during the attack on Friday night.

“We're concerned about the situation in the country which has worsened after Narendra Modi became the PM,“ the board assistant general secretary Abdul Rahim Qureshi said at the end of its convention in Jaipur. Members of a Hindu radical outfit allegedly vandalized a church in Jabalpur where a Bible convention was being held.

Police on Sunday identified three people based on CCTV footage. Church authorities alleged members of Hindu Dharma Sena created a ruckus, smashed flower pots and broke furniture, threatening to shut missionary schools and colleges in Jabalpur on Monday if accused were not arrested.
“A 200-strong mob stormed the premises of St Thomas Church, manhandled devotees and vandalized property ,“ said Marco Baba, general secretary of Isai Mahasangh.
“Then they marched towards St Aloysius Church where they assaulted four believers,“ he said.
“Representatives of the community have also spoken to home minister and director general of police. We are also residents of India and have right to practice our religion,“ Baba said. The Bible convention concluded on Sunday at Saint Aloysius Church amid heavy security.
Superintendent of police Jabalpur H N Mishra said, “We have identified three people and a search has been launched to arrest them.“
Members of Hindu Dharma Sena refuted these allegations and alleged that forced conversions were taking place inside the church.
