Akhilesh Yadav warns legal action against trusts using Samajwadi Party name, flag

LUCKNOW: Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister and the state SP president Akhilesh Yadav today warned legal action against those who have formed foundations or trusts using Samajwadi Party name and flag.

"Samajwadi Lohia Foundation, Samajwadi Jyneshwar Mishra Foundation and other such foundations trusts using Samajwadi word has no affiliation with SP. All district party presidents should ensure legal action against such organisations, which are using the party flag and name," he said.

He said any help or support to such organisations by partymen would invite strict action and SP office bearers should inform the party about activities of such foundations or trusts.
