Ajmal shifted to Arthur Road jail for identification parade

Mumbai police shifted Mohammed Ajmal Amir Iman alias Kasab, the lone terrorist arrested in connection with the November 26 attacks, to Arthur Road jail in central Mumbai for an identification parade.

MUMBAI: The Mumbai police on Saturday shifted Mohammed Ajmal Amir Iman alias Kasab, the lone terrorist arrested in connection with the November 26 attacks, to Arthur Road jail in central Mumbai for an identification parade.

"Ajmal has been taken to the Arthur Road jail and will be brought back to the present location immediately after the parade is over," Home Department sources revealed.

Police have called about 35 eyewitness for the identification parade of Ajmal.

Nine other terrorists were killed by security forces during the 59-hour long terror attacks which began on November 26 and claimed over 180 lives.
