GANDHINAGAR: Ina series of notifications, Ahmedabad police commissioner Ashish Bhatia has declared Ahmedabad as a no-fly zone ahead of US Presidential visit to the city.

Stating that the terror threat to the city has mounted in view of the high profile visit where both the leaders are high on the target list of terror outfits, Bhatia has also asked for installation of CCTV cameras (night vision and high definition) across public places. The notification also asks the video footage to be retained for at least fifteen days.

Bhatia in a third notification has asked the house owners to register the details of the their property and the rentees before renting out their properties along with the identity documents of the rentees.
