Advani's yatra a bid to realise his PM dream: Veerappa Moily

Union Minister M Veerappa Moily today dubbed it as a personal agenda of the BJP veteran to fulfil his dream of becoming the PM.

MANGALORE: Taking a swipe at L K Advani's Jan Chetna Yatra, Union Minister M Veerappa Moily today dubbed it as a personal agenda of the BJP veteran to fulfil his dream of becoming the Prime Minister.

"Advani's wish to become Prime Minister earlier failed. Now, he is trying to realise it by this yatra," he told a meet-the-press programme here.

Moily also alleged that Team Anna was behind the Yatra. "Advani is not a tall leader like Atal Behari Vajpayee," the Congress leader pointed.

The Corporate Affairs Minister also said the Centre would declare the Bajpe Airport here as the International Airport next month.

Replying to a query, he said his Ministry had not received any proposal seeking a bail out package by the cash- strapped Kingfisher Airlines.
