Advani says BJP will form govt in Delhi
BJP leader and the party’s prime ministerial candidate LK Advani on Friday said the NDA would be able to form the government in Delhi as political parties attached to it would fare well in the elections.
Advani, who reached Kolkata on Friday, also addressed two rallies in Dum Dum and Burrabazar for the BJP candidates contesting in the Lok Sabha seats. "According to our calculations after the fourth phase of polls are over, the BJP will emerge as the single largest party and NDA along with other partners will come to power," Advani said.
He also ruled out the possibility of a third or fourth front-run government in Delhi. "People of our country are politically polarised between two national parties and there is no scope for any third or fourth front to come to power at the Centre," the BJP top brass said.
