Advani, RSS leader to share platform next week
In yet another signal of the growing warmth between him and the Sangh Parivar, senior BJP leader L K Advani will share a platform with RSS general secretary Mohan Bhagwat.

NEW DELHI: In yet another signal of the growing warmth between him and the Sangh Parivar, senior BJP leader L K Advani will share a platform with RSS general secretary Mohan Bhagwat next week for the third time in as many months.
Advani will release "Delhi Darbar", a book written by Ravindra Dani, Associate Editor of Marathi daily 'Tarun Bharat', at a function in Nagpur on June 19 in which Bhagawat will be the Chief Guest.
The book is a compilation of articles on national politics of the past two decades.
Bhagawat was present during the release of Advani's book "My Country, My Life" in Delhi on March 19. The two leaders had another meeting in May when Advani visited Vidharba region for a farmers' rally.
The BJP strongman had to give up the party chief's post some three years back following pressure from the RSS in he wake of the controversy over Advani's statement on Mohammed Ali Jinnah.
BJP vice president Gopinath Munde and state party chief Nitin Gadkari, who are not on the best of terms, will also attend the function.
